FoodStrategy is a new foodservice consulting company whose principals have a combined 55 years of experience in planning, design and management consulting in the hospitality field. We provide clients with fresh thinking in foodservice and we are in business to provide excellence in commercial foodservice consulting and planning. FoodStrategy is located in the Washington DC area, in Potomac, Maryland (MD).Our capabilities range from operations consulting to kitchen layout and design and much more. Our company has wide-ranging experience in the many segments of the foodservice industry although the focus will be on the hotel, college and corporate hospitality foodservice markets.
We offer food facility planning from concept to completion, financial analysis and business modeling, foodservice equipment surveys and evaluation, and master planning. We also can provide food facility value engineering, market analysis, hospitality programming, operator selection, market analysis contract negotiation, feasibility analysis, concept renderings, foodservice equipment cost estimates and benchmarking research.
